The Director, US Crypto Business Development leads Visa's efforts to expand its footprint in the U.S. crypto ecosystem by building and executing strategic partnerships with crypto-native firms, fintechs, wallets, and infrastructure providers to advance adoption of Visa’s crypto and payments capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Join Visa's US Crypto team and collaborate with product, account management, and other stakeholders to drive sales and partnership initiatives across the crypto landscape.
- Identify opportunities, deliver end-to-end client solutions, and manage commercial deals from inception to closure.
- Serve as an external expert on stablecoins and payments, educating key clients on the ecosystem and potential Visa solutions.
- Propose and help shape transformative product solutions that create value amid ecosystem evolution.
- Provide market insights and share knowledge with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Oversee key relationships with crypto-native entities operating at the intersection of traditional finance, decentralized finance, and payments initiatives.
Requirements
- Ten or more years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree.
- At least eight years of experience with an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD).
- Minimum of three years of work experience with a PhD.

Compensation and Eligibility
The estimated annual base salary range is $178,300 to $285,600. This range may include potential sales incentive payments where applicable. Total compensation may also comprise bonus and equity, depending on qualifications, performance, and location.
