Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior leader to drive business development and lead technical solutioning for Army engineering, research and development, integration, and development opportunities. This onsite role in New Jersey places you as the primary client contact, responsible for shaping growth strategies and guiding proposals and contract execution while overseeing technical performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior leader within Booz Allenβs engineering and science team to drive business development and lead technical solutioning for Army engineering, R&D, integration, and development opportunities.
- Develop, socialize, and execute a robust growth strategy that expands the clientβs business and act as the primary client contact.
- Collaborate with market-team peers and external clients to build a pipeline, drive new business growth, and lead proposal and business development activities.
- Continuously challenge the baseline business and propose new capability ideas for future growth based on client needs.
- Develop and maintain local relationships across industry and government.
- Propose novel technical solutions.
- Direct all phases of contract execution and delivery, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, planning, resourcing, hiring, and risk management for successful technical performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical or engineering work in the munitions domain
- 5+ years in program management roles, including leading technically diverse teams to successful deliveries on complex programs
- 5+ years leading capture activities for government acquisitions
- 5+ years developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth
- Experience building client and industry relationships across the U.S. Army
- Knowledge of DoW government contracts, acquisition, and proposal processes
- Ability to build and leverage relationships with the federal government, industry, and academia
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $142,900 to $266,000 per year, depending on location, education, experience, and other factors.
