Job Description

Mobily LLC is hiring a field-forward executive to lead the wireless retail business end-to-end as a full P&L owner. This is an onsite role based in Sugar Land, TX, with regular travel across markets to coach leaders, monitor KPIs, and drive same-week execution.

As VP of Sales for Mobily, an Authorized AT&T Retailer, you will set the pace for aggressive growth across a multi-unit footprint, protect margin through tight operational control, and build a leadership bench capable of outperforming at scale.

What You’ll Own

Full P&L accountability across sales, operations, people, and profit.
End-to-end ownership of revenue, margin, and overall business health.
Execution of a sales strategy designed to grow revenue, market share, and units per store.
Field leadership: live in the stores, coach district and store leaders, set the operating pace, and hold performance to a high standard.
Team building: recruit, develop, and replace when needed to assemble a leadership bench that outperforms operations three times its size.
KPI-driven execution: stay close to the numbers, diagnose quickly, and translate insight into same-week action.
Lean speed: move fast and decide faster in a lean structure where speed is the advantage.
Margin protection through budget management, cost control, and resource allocation where it compounds.
Culture setting to build an accountable, hungry, entrepreneurial team focused on winning.

What You Bring

Wireless retail experience required, having run or been a top leader in wireless retail (carrier, authorized retailer, or dealer).
Proven performance against aggressive sales targets in a multi-unit environment.
Real P&L ownership supported by operational discipline.
Field operator instincts: preference for being in-store over being confined to a slide deck.
Ability to build, coach, and hold leaders accountable.
Data fluency to make decisions from metrics, not gut alone.
Willingness to travel regularly across markets.
Entrepreneurial, no-excuses mindset with the drive to take ownership and deliver.

Compensation & Benefits

$300K all-in target (base + performance bonus) with uncapped upside tied to delivery.

Role Type: Full-Time, Executive Leadership.

Location: Sugar Land, TX (field-forward with regular market travel).
