Identify opportunities, risks, and market trends, and translate them into actionable strategies
Take on additional leadership responsibilities and strategic initiatives as the business evolves

Requirements

7+ years of direct sales, sales operations, or related field experience, including CPG and wholesaler exposure
Progressive sales experience or multi-state or regional leadership preferred
Strong understanding of B2B sales, distributor models, and regulated markets (cannabis or CPG strongly preferred)
Proven ability to develop talent, improve execution, and deliver results across diverse markets
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization with significant travel
Experience working with a high sense of urgency in a team environment or independently
Strong communication skills to lead peers and collaborate across teams
Ability to work urgently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work management tools such as Slack, Jira, or similar
Ability to travel occasionally between company buildings or work sites as needed
Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by applicable state regulations

Territory & Market Focus
