Senior Living Sales Manager

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. is seeking a Senior Living Sales Manager to support older adults and their families throughout the sales journey, from initial interest through move-in. This onsite role in Florham Park, NJ focuses on building referral pipelines and executing sales and marketing plans that align with community revenue and occupancy targets.

What You’ll Do

• Assist older adults in navigating the sales journey from interest to move-in, both within the community and through outside outreach.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads, including medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other community organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans designed to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Onboarding and Training

You will complete a 3-week onboarding orientation that includes in-depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, the systems that support success, and one-on-one coaching with your District Director. The program also includes ongoing monthly continuing education to support knowledge growth, along with customized tools to help you market the community effectively for your specific geographic area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.

Compensation

USD 33–38 per hour (hourly).
