Drive assisted living and memory care residency growth at New Perspective Senior Living in Johnstown, PA (onsite).

Plan and oversee residency sales for the community, including leasing of all suites
Grow revenue through ongoing sales execution and follow-up
Establish and maintain positive public contact within the community
Expand referrals to support census growth quickly

Self-motivator and initiator with results and success focus
Ability to articulate, demonstrate, and believe in the mission, vision, and values of New Perspective
Strong closing skills
Detail oriented with strong follow up and follow through that leads to positive results
Ability to multi-task, including in high-pressure situations
Minimum 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience
Proficient in written and verbal English
Excellent communication and phone skills
Demonstrated ability to establish long-term relationships
Interest in working with the older adult population
Strong computer experience, including thorough knowledge of Word and Excel, plus ability to use or learn sales database software
Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities
Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends
