Sales Manager

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager in Wilsonville, OR onsite to help families and older adults move from interest to move-in while partnering on sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Support older adults through the sales journey from initial interest to move-in, both inside and outside the community
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to build professional referral pipelines from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans designed to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation
