What you’ll do

Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information
Lead training sessions for the sales team on partner products and programs, communicating how customers benefit from the core offerings
Facilitate conference calls and meetings with internal Sales teams, partner manufacturers, and customers to promote partner products and solutions
Develop and continuously manage a sales pipeline using CRM and Excel
Oversee Partner Deal Registration and other strategic pricing programs
Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Basic proficiency with CRM software
Basic proficiency in cultivating and maintaining relationships with business partners
Willingness to obtain and maintain Partners’ Certifications during employment
Travel up to 10% and ability to work flexible hours
Execute on partner campaigns and initiatives in alignment with Sales teams
Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations and submit them to the partner
Stay up to date on new product technologies and partner-specific trainings and certifications
Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization
