Job Description

This full-time onsite Sales Director role in Township of Deptford, NJ brings a clear path for career advancement to senior leadership, supported by performance incentives designed to reward results.

Compensation: USD 65,000 to 73,000 per year. Work model: In person. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

What you’ll do

Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the transition to Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Lead tours, presentations, and follow-ups that convert leads into move-ins.
Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and professional gatherings.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to execute strategic marketing and sales plans.
Educate families and the wider community on services, lifestyle, and the value the community provides.
Consistently meet and exceed occupancy and conversion goals.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in senior living, healthcare, or other high-touch sales environments.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
A consultative approach paired with a genuine passion for serving older adults.
High energy, professionalism, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
