Territory Sales Manager

Uline is expanding its presence in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey market and is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to build and grow customer relationships on the ground. In this onsite role, you will balance account management with new business prospecting, using Uline’s product breadth and sales support to drive results across your territory.

This position follows a consistent weekly structure: you will use Mondays to plan and schedule, then conduct on-site customer visits Tuesday through Friday. You will also collaborate closely with the Allentown, PA sales team through regular trips for comradery, training, and department meetings.

What you’ll do

• Spot growth opportunities in your markets by meeting existing customers on-site and building strong relationships.
• Join the Allentown, PA sales team for comradery, training, and department meetings via regular office trips.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business.
• Plan and schedule work on Mondays, then complete on-site customer visits Tuesday through Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using Uline’s 43,000 high-quality products.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and presentation abilities
• Valid driver’s license and a great driving record

Compensation and benefits

• $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a bonus program with sales goals, contests, and top performer incentives
