Job Description

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a fully remote Business Development Manager for a growing travel and tourism company. The role centers on driving revenue, expanding the client base, and building durable partnerships with travel agencies and advisors, owning the complete business development lifecycle from identifying opportunities to nurturing and expanding existing accounts. Based in Philadelphia, PA, this position blends remote work with periodic travel to industry events and client meetings to advance partnerships.

Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities, forming partnerships with travel agencies and advisors
Travel to trade shows and conduct in-person client meetings
Nurture and grow key accounts through strong relationship-building and ongoing support
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner needs and escalations
Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance the client experience
Support onboarding and enablement of new partners
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, with travel about one week per month
