Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead field-based sales execution across the Northeast region, driving sales growth and distribution across all channels. This role includes coaching a sales team, managing key customer relationships, and tracking performance against regional goals.

USD 93,500 - 120,000 per year
Role Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed goals through day-to-day coaching, deployment of effective business solutions, and sales development via trade training days.
- Manage key regional customer relationships, including communication of new item authorizations, category reviews, void management, chain activation, performance tracking, and utilization of data to improve results.
- Design and communicate expectations for all in-store promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and deliver against key performance metrics for poppi within assigned geography.
- Partner with PepsiCo Area Sales Managers to share regional updates and develop actionable strategies that maximize execution and performance.
- Customize and implement region-specific strategies aligned with company KPIs and long-term business goals.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams around shared goals to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of national and regional retail authorizations and mandates across both the PepsiCo Bottling Company (PBC) network and independent distributor partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of DSD/Sales management industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
- Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles.
- Travel as required for business-related meetings and field-based market blitzes.
- Ability to perform some lifting and movement of moderate loads, including a 50-pound lifting requirement.
- Willingness and ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

Compensation Details
The expected compensation range is $93,500 - $120,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered when setting the actual starting salary. A recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
