Job Description
USAP is expanding its field sales leadership in the residential energy solutions space. The D2D Sales Director will recruit, coach, and guide a field-based team toward growing customer adoption, with uncapped earnings potential and a clear path to broader regional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify and interview sales candidates while onboarding new representatives to ramp effectively
- Coach reps in the field through ride-alongs, daily accountability, and ongoing training
- Set clear performance expectations and help team members develop the skills to meet them
- Review production metrics and collaborate with individuals to strengthen results
- Develop future leaders who can take on greater responsibilities as the organization grows
- Contribute to customer acquisition while upholding the professional standards expected from the team
- Foster a team culture where colleagues support one another, take ownership, and pursue continuous improvement
