D2D Sales Manager - $35k Launch Bonus

USAP offers a high-earning, field-based leadership role in the deregulated energy space with an onsite position in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity features a $35,000 signing/launch bonus and OTE over $500,000, with base pay ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 per year. You will recruit, coach, and lead reps in pre-qualified territories, actively support customer acquisition, and drive performance. Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a field sales team across pre-qualified territories, recruiting and training new reps
• Elevate field performance through coaching, healthy competition, and clear accountability
• Lead from the front by supporting customer acquisition and setting the pace for the team
• Monitor daily production metrics and support ongoing professional development
• Receive base compensation, personal commissions, and strong overrides on team production

Requirements

• Competitive and coachable leaders with proven success in face-to-face sales leadership

• Experience in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is a plus
