Premier Client Regional Sales Manager

PNC Financial Services Group presents a leadership opportunity within Wealth Management that centers on meaningful benefits and growth. This onsite role in Philadelphia, PA leads a Premier Client regional sales team and drives client growth across Florida, New Jersey, Delaware, or Pennsylvania while focusing on risk management and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals, ensuring strategy execution.
• Oversees daily activities of team members engaged in customer and prospect management.
• Drives new business and expands existing relationships by coaching and guiding the team to defined strategies and tactics.
• Develops and oversees the execution of account and sales plans.
• Manages risk and return, driving quality for new and existing clients; actively identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Maintains an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to attract new clients or expand current ones and enhance the client experience.
• Focuses on delivering the full range of PNC products and services to clients.
• Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Develops team members while tracking progress against individual goals.
• Motivates and develops staff, including talent acquisition and performance management.
• Plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes.
• Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and provides regular team updates.
• Coaches team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk and to lead others on credit requests using advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Pay transparency

Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $239,200.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
