Job Description

Full-time Business Development Representative in Cherry Hill, NJ focused on sales and revenue growth within a territory, developing and nurturing client relationships and expanding the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Originate and cultivate relationships with prospects at trade shows, panels, and other industry events.
Serve as a key team member responsible for delivering successful outcomes for the company, its associates, clients, relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing community awareness.
Build strong, durable relationships with potential clients.
Define project scope, shape engagement strategies, and outline solutions that meet client needs and help achieve desired outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and a robust pipeline to hit yearly revenue targets and business objectives.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling (inbound and outbound), phone, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
Schedule sales appointments and related activities.
Promote services to both new and existing customers.
Close deals through superior customer service, consultative selling, and effective salesmanship.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in staffing or recruiting or other B2B sales/client solutions roles.
Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with Sales Genie and other CRM platforms.
Strong grasp of marketing concepts and negotiation techniques.
Basic mathematics for discounts, commissions, and profit margins.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to deliver tailored, persuasive presentations to each potential client.
Customer service oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.
Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
