Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Permanent, full-time Regional Sales Manager role covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and D.C. with remote work based in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Increase market share of HME products within the assigned geography and achieve or exceed sales quota
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical, technical, and economic decision makers across the territory
- Cold call and visit prospective accounts in their locations; set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
- Manage leads and customers within the defined territory
- Keep CRM software updated with accurate account and activity information
- Educate medical staff on the use and benefits of medical devices
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide sales support
- Ensure smooth ordering for new and existing accounts
- Maximize account penetration by selling all products in the portfolio
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and support to improve customer experience
- Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to support strategy planning and execution
- Support and drive the regional sales strategy by developing and executing a territory business plan
- Support, train, develop, and manage internal and external sales reps and agents on products, services, and corporate initiatives
- Oversee multiple territories and associated sales reps and sales agents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Biology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required
- Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry required
- Demonstrated performance record and strong sales background
- Ability to learn the medical device product platform
- Self-starter with strong independent sales management skills
- Experience managing direct reports and external sales agents preferred
- Accepts the equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation
- USD 80,000 - 200,000 per year
