Job Description

USAP is hiring a D2D Sales Manager in Philadelphia to lead and coach a field sales team in the deregulated energy sector, with a $35,000 launch bonus and strong upside potential.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of sales representatives in pre-qualified territories
  • Enhance field performance through coaching, healthy competition, and clear accountability
  • Lead from the front by backing customer acquisition and setting the pace for the team
  • Monitor daily production metrics and facilitate ongoing professional development
  • Receive base pay, personal commissions, and substantial overrides based on team production

Requirements

  • Competitive, coachable leaders with proven success in face-to-face sales leadership
  • Strong communication skills and ambition to advance into market-level leadership
  • Experience in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is advantageous
  • Willingness to work in the field and lead by example

Compensation

  • Base salary: USD 200,000 – 500,000 per year
  • Signing bonus: $35,000 available for qualified hires
  • Uncapped personal commissions with strong earning potential
  • Team overrides paid on total team production
  • OTE of $500K+ for leaders who build and perform
  • Recruits provided: 5–15 new reps monthly to grow your team
