The Account Manager / Business Development Manager concentrates on the Facilities Maintenance, Carpet Cleaning, and Detailing segments, focusing on preserving current client relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities to drive revenue growth in the Philadelphia market.

Salary

USD 100,000 – 130,000 per year

Role Summary

The role centers on managing and expanding relationships within existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the specified sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manufacturer representatives, and channel partners.
  • Cultivate durable, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align with client objectives.
  • Pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and broaden the customer base.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the served markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Monday, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
