Elise A.I. Technologies Corp. is hiring a Senior Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead an AEs team focused on both new business and expansions within regional and national property management companies. This on-site role is based in the new Texas office in Dallas, with expectations to support office build-out and strengthen EliseAI’s brand presence across the state.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be accountable for Mid-Market revenue targets and coach the team to drive consistent performance. You will support AEs across the full sales cycle, work closely with Sales Development and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns, and enable expansion motions with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite stakeholders at multifamily operators.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target
Support the establishment and growth of EliseAI’s new Texas office, building brand and market presence across the region
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs, targeting average deal sizes of $50K–$150K+
Assist AEs throughout the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and expansions
Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite leaders at multifamily operators
Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns
Hire, onboard, and coach Mid-Market sales talent to consistently hit quota
Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s to maintain forecast accuracy
Champion Mid-Market customer needs to Product and Engineering
Attend regional industry events to expand EliseAI’s presence
Work with Sales Ops and leadership to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes for scale

Required Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment
Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE with proven success
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and a manager
Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and multi-product environments
Comfort coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology
Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range
Comfort with regular travel for conferences and client visits
Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week
