Job Description

Inside Sales Development Representative is an onsite role in Manasquan, NJ focused on building new customer opportunities and supporting existing accounts across multiple market segments.

Responsibilities

Run outbound campaign calls to generate interest and start sales conversations with prospective and existing customers.
Build customer product and service interest by answering questions and researching information for customers.
Qualify leads and opportunities.
Advance deals through the sales pipeline to conclusion, either independently or in partnership with a Field Sales Executive or Product Category Specialist.
Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Work with Divisional and Sales Managers to achieve sales and profit margin objectives.
Use Salesforce as the central system to create, add, and track all customer interactions.
Identify and record competitive information in Salesforce to position offerings during customer conversations.
Complete scheduled product training.
Continuously self-educate on MXR diagnostic products and services and stay current on competitive offerings.
Apply strong product knowledge to communicate value propositions and support customer satisfaction.
Maintain constructive, proactive engagement with customers and staff, prioritize objectives, initiate improvements, and adapt to change.
In collaboration with field sales counterparts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of sales or inside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare market.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
