Sales Development Representative

Idaho Farmers Insurance District is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to turn warm interest into clear coverage options and long-term customer relationships. This onsite role in Middleton, ID supports candidates with hands-on training, including help with licensing, so you can move from learning into closing once licensed.

The opportunity includes first-year earning potential of $40,000 to $80,000, with pay tied to performance. If you prefer working with people who already want insurance guidance, this position is built around warm leads, structured coaching, and active pipeline management.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to warm leads who are interested in insurance coverage
• Guide individuals and families in understanding their insurance options
• Present quotes, explain coverage details, and close sales once you are licensed
• Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
