Sales Development Representative

Farmers Insurance District 44 is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to work with warm leads, understand customer needs, and support the sales process from coverage conversations through policy selection after licensing. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Agoura Hills, CA.

Role Overview

In this position, you will help prospective customers explore insurance coverage options, present quotes and policy details, and close sales once you are properly licensed. You will also maintain follow-up to keep opportunities moving forward while supporting individual sales goals and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• No insurance experience or existing license required to start
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Motivated and competitive, with enjoyment in working toward goals
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Coachable and willing to apply feedback
• Relationship-focused approach to sales, grounded in understanding the customer
• Self-motivated with ownership and follow-through

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Potential first-year total earnings are $50,000–$100,000, including base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.
