Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in customer service representative or similar call center experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (retail-related experience desired)

- Automotive service, fixed operations, or dealership business development experience (Chevrolet/GM experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of GM warranty processes, recall workflows, and Certified Service standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is USD 45,000 - 50,000 per year. Pay includes a weekly salary plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
