Automotive Center Manager / Sales Manager

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking an Automotive Center Manager / Sales Manager for its Cedar Park, TX location. This full-time role combines high-production retail sales with day-to-day service center leadership, with a focus on operational performance, customer experience, and driving revenue.

You will oversee center operations while managing customer interactions and guiding technicians through proper diagnostic and repair procedures. With a strong sales background, you will also promote services and close opportunities to support consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, supporting high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Manage customer interactions by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries using effective communication skills.
• Supervise service technicians to ensure proper automotive diagnostics and repair procedures are followed.
• Drive sales initiatives by promoting services and products to customers using strong sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of service estimates and completed repairs to support compliance with company standards.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Successful automotive repair sales history
• Excellent one-time sales closing skills are a must
• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Money-motivated sales professional who enjoys earning high commissions
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate production staff
• Automotive management experience is an absolute must
• Outstanding one-time closing sales skills
• Exceptional phone skills
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate fellow associates
• Ability to overcome customer objections to make the sale
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Self-starter

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
• Full-time retail sales and management position
• Daytime hours with no evenings
• Closed Saturday and Sunday
