The Sales Development Representative role at Accenture, based in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule within the Digital Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Leverage prospecting tools and CRM systems to identify, qualify, and prioritize high potential inbound leads for proactive outreach.
- Execute creative, personalized outreach across phone, email, and social channels, tailoring messaging to seasonal opportunities, product offerings, and market insights.
- Serve as the first point of contact for outbound prospects, initiating high impact conversations via cold calls, targeted emails, and social engagement to generate interest.
- Actively listen to prospective customers to understand business needs, validate challenges, and address objections to build trust and credibility.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of all prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring effective follow-up, pipeline management, and smooth handoffs to sales partners.
- Analyze outreach activity, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of prospecting strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs related to outreach activity, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Stay current on product updates, industry best practices, and competitive trends to clearly communicate value propositions and represent Accenture professionally.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
