The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on driving Champion Window sales performance within the Great Day Improvements family of brands, through support for hiring and training, profitability analysis, adherence to the Champion playbook, performance management, and leadership development.
Overview
Champion Window, part of Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands, seeks a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales performance in a defined region. The role emphasizes factory representative hiring, field sales training for both new hires and veterans, sales profitability analysis, adherence to the Champion sales playbook, performance management, and sales leadership training.
Responsibilities
- Supports DSMs and SMs with sales hiring, training, and performance management best practices, including adherence to the Champion playbook such as a 10-step presentation, pricing desk, and self-generation funnel-building.
- Assists the Regional Manager with sales operations when a DSM or SM position is open.
- Conducts field training directly with Factory Reps, including ride-alongs, presentation coaching, appointment setting, and classroom training.
- Reviews Guild Quality prospect and customer surveys with local management to identify trends and drive improved feedback scores.
- Analyzes sales performance data, including operational and profitability metrics, to identify areas for improvement and develop performance management plans.
- Supports local marketing efforts, including events and canvassing, as needed.
- Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings, including agenda preparation.
- Serves as a knowledge expert on Champion product lines and financing options.
- Monitors competitive activity and develops new methods to recruit and retain Factory Reps.
Requirements
- Three years of field sales experience in B2C in-home sales presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of related experience preferred.

Total Compensation
USD 120,000 - 220,000 per year
