Responsibilities

Lead daily team management including morning huddles, monitoring daily KPIs such as dials, conversations, talk time, and demos booked, while sustaining energy and accountability.
Provide live coaching and conduct call audits, including weekly calibration sessions, reviewing recordings, and guiding reps on script delivery, gatekeeper navigation, and objection handling.
Continuously optimize the outbound pitch to demonstrate rapid value to busy GMs and Dealer Principals, maintaining high show rates for demonstrations.
Maintain pipeline accountability by checking CRM activity daily to ensure field reps execute and inside reps follow up on every lead.
Lead from the front by joining calls and field visits, modeling best practices and stepping in on escalated objections as needed.

Requirements

3+ years managing an outbound B2B sales team — inside, field, or hybrid.
Direct experience calling on automotive dealerships; independent dealer experience strongly preferred.
Background in SaaS, software, or technology sales where booking a demo is the core metric.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
Proven ability to build, motivate, and elevate underperforming reps to productive performance.
Willingness to be part-time road warrior with territory presence required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Typing 40+ words per minute
High School Diploma or GED; additional education is a plus
Computer literacy and reliable transportation to visit prospects and customers face-to-face
