Sales Manager

Place Showroom is hiring an experienced Specialty Sales Manager for its Atlanta, Georgia showroom. This onsite position manages specialty accounts across the southeastern territory, with responsibility for team oversight, forecasting and planning, showroom operations, and ongoing territory development.

Role Overview

The Specialty Sales Manager will lead specialty sales efforts in the southeast, ensuring consistent account performance and supporting team execution. The role also includes managing showroom operations and building long-term growth within the territory through active development and participation in regional industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all specialty accounts in the southeastern territory
• Oversee the southeastern team
• Forecast and plan to support sales targets and operational needs
• Manage showroom operations
• Drive territory development
• Participate in major trade shows and markets throughout the southeast

Requirements

• Excellent people skills
• Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced situations
• 5+ years of similar experience in a high volume wholesale apparel and/or accessory environment
• Experience leading a wholesale sales team
• Industry relationships within the southeastern territory
• Professional office skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% and must have a valid driver’s license
• Must live in the metro Atlanta area; not a remote role
