$45k - $90k/yr Full time Marketing Account Management Business Development

Prospect, engage, and consult with new and existing customers in your territory to present customized pest-control solutions.
Lead the sales process: present quotes, address objections, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff to service delivery.
Follow up on awarded bids and leads, track progress, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Participate in marketing and business development activities such as trade shows, referral groups, networking, and territory growth initiatives.

Minimum two to three years of outside field sales experience, with a preference for two or more years in pest control or home-services.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; five+ years of driving experience is preferred, but the overall record will be reviewed.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in the field, meeting clients face-to-face, and managing the territory independently.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, driver-record review, and a physical fitness test.
Bonus points for pest-control certification or licensing, outside/home-services sales experience, and a solid local network.
Ability to lift 10 to 45 pounds when required (ladder and furniture).
