Sr. Business Development Manager, Clinical Solutions & Licensing
The American Heart Association offers a role built for experienced partnership leaders who want to drive measurable growth. You will help commercialize AI-enabled content and solutions and lead EHR partnership strategy and execution with access to development resources, training, and support through Heart U (with more than 100,000 learning resources). This position is hybrid and based in Atlanta, GA, with home-based work available as noted by the organization for the National Center.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own alliance and licensing strategy for clinical solutions and commercialization efforts.
- Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements to support enterprise growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, legal, and technology teams to support integration, compliance, and adoption.
- Oversee the customer success team to help ensure ongoing sales.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT–adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization.
- Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Expected pay range: $135,000 to $145,000 per year. Pay is commensurate with experience, and geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The Association may pay more or less than the posted range.
