Regional Sales Director
Job Description
Lead growth across the Georgia East Territory for American Health Imaging / Lumexa Imaging, with an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. This position combines sales strategy execution, customer engagement, and team development, supported by a data-driven approach and a clear focus on planning, compliance, and territory performance.
What You’ll Own
As Regional Sales Director, you will translate sales strategy into day-to-day execution across the territory. You will build plans for both near-term and longer-term performance, strengthen relationships with key customers, and drive collaboration to ensure the Lumexa Sales strategy is consistently executed in the field.
- Develop short-term and long-range business planning for territory success
- Recruit, onboard, and support Diagnostic Imaging Specialists
- Use data analytics to guide targeting and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct field visits to support execution and customer outcomes
- Manage engagement and relationship-building with key customers
- Collaborate on and execute Lumexa Sales strategy within the territory
- Manage and review monthly territory expense reports
- Coach and support Diagnostic Imaging Specialist development
- Review and plan the annual budget
- Ensure corporate compliance policies are understood and upheld

You will bring healthcare-related outside sales experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to motivate teams through clear goals and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certifications preferred
- 5 years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field
- 2 to 3 years of team leadership experience
- Understanding of how to positively motivate teams using goal setting, accountability, and reward and recognition
- Extremely organized and highly self-motivated, with the ability to succeed in ambiguity
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results
- Ability to work in a matrix environment to build advocacy and drive results
- Basic competencies with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
