Job Description
Rx Harmony is hiring a Business Development Representative focused on cash-pay growth in the healthcare and wellness space. This consultative, relationship-driven role serves as the first point of contact for providers and wellness leaders, building trust while generating, qualifying, and advancing opportunities to close deals.
Role Summary
In this hybrid position based in the Atlanta Metro area, you will establish rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities include learning the platform to explain features and functionality, introducing Rx Harmony through outreach, and delivering presentations aligned to customer needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with potential clients and nurture relationships to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Learn how to use the platform to support customers and clearly describe product features and functionality.
- Initiate outreach through office visits, virtual meetings, medical conferences, phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its offerings.
- Actively search for new business opportunities using market research, prospecting, and CRM tools to identify potential clients.
- Schedule and set up meetings between customers and prospects to review details and close deals.
- Deliver sales presentations that showcase product features and benefits, address customer concerns, and propose solutions.
- Screen and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision-making authority to confirm alignment with company offerings.
- Understand customer pain points and requirements to tailor presentations and proposals effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product or service features, benefits, and technical aspects.
- Track progress in the CRM system to maintain visibility from lead generation through closing, including timely follow-up.
- Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce products and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to sales management on lead generation activity, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in FL, TX, or CA.
- Four-year college degree and preferred 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Strong active listening to understand customer needs and concerns and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, answer questions, and build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Highly motivated and target driven, with the ability to meet defined sales goals.
- Ability to communicate the value proposition convincingly and overcome objections.
- Detail-oriented work style.
- Deep understanding of features, benefits, and technical aspects of the products or services being sold.
- Familiarity with the sales funnel and effective strategies for each stage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a large sales pipeline, and meet deadlines.
- Skillful use of customer relationship management software to track interactions and sales progress.

USD 130,000 per year (from $130,000.00 per year).
Work Location and Schedule
Atlanta, GA (hybrid) with the Remote work location listed. You must reside in the Atlanta Metro area. The hybrid schedule includes 2–3 days WFH and 2–3 days in-field (provider office visits and local events).
