Job Description

The Automotive Sales Manager/Director will lead a growing North Houston dealership group, directing New and Pre-Owned sales, F&I, and Business Development, while guiding a team to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of New and Pre-Owned vehicle sales, F&I operations, and Business Development for the expanding dealership group.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Increase market share, enhance customer experience, and improve profitability through effective leadership.
Demonstrate a proven ability to implement and refine sales processes.
Develop a daily team plan and execute it consistently.
Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
Manage inventory control and stock management.
Oversee CRM and BDC workflows and performance.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience
In-depth knowledge of BDC and CRM processes
Leadership capacity to grow market share, customer experience, and profitability
Proven track record of implementing and improving processes
Ability to craft and execute a team strategy on a daily basis
History of exceeding sales quotas and targets
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Detailed orientation and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
Familiarity with inventory control and management
Self-motivated, goal-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
