Full time Account Management B2B Business Development

Cloverkey, LLC is seeking an Outside Business Development Sales Representative to grow hospital gift shop management partnerships.

Develop and implement a comprehensive territory strategy to uncover and secure new hospital partnership opportunities.
Lead both in person and virtual meetings with hospital leaders including administrators, CFOs, CEOs, auxiliary boards, volunteers, and foundation executives to present gift shop management solutions.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective hospital clients through networking, referrals, industry events, deliberate cold outreach, and consistent follow-up.
Assess each hospital's retail, volunteer, and patient-experience needs, delivering customized solutions to operate or improve their on-site gift shop.
Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business reviews that clearly demonstrate operational, financial, and service benefits.
Collaborate with internal operations, merchandising, and leadership teams to craft proposals and ensure a smooth transition for new accounts.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Represent the company professionally at healthcare conferences, networking events, and association meetings to enhance visibility.
Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and new account acquisition objectives.

Minimum of three years in outside sales, business development, or as an account executive.
Proven track record of building relationships with executive-level decision makers.
Effective presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing a sales territory.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25 percent.

Background in retail operations or gift shop management, or outsourced operational services.
Established relationships within healthcare administration or hospital auxiliary/foundation networks.
