Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will join Senox Corporation's distributor sales team to grow the customer base by generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional seeking solid earnings potential without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities and leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the distributor sales team to maximize opportunity coverage.
Improve win rates by applying and refining advanced sales strategies.
Apply strategic selling techniques to meet revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, log interactions, and keep account data up to date.
Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze customer data, detect trends, and support initiatives for satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of sales experience
Self-motivated and a proactive self-starter
Excellent phone communication and active listening skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-service abilities
Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales software
Solid time-management and analytical capabilities
Prior sales production up to $3 million annually
