Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will join Senox Corporation's distributor sales team to grow the customer base by generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional seeking solid earnings potential without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities and leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the distributor sales team to maximize opportunity coverage.
  • Improve win rates by applying and refining advanced sales strategies.
  • Apply strategic selling techniques to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, log interactions, and keep account data up to date.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze customer data, detect trends, and support initiatives for satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Self-motivated and a proactive self-starter
  • Excellent phone communication and active listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-service abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales software
  • Solid time-management and analytical capabilities
  • Prior sales production up to $3 million annually

Position Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you will contribute to the distributor sales team by expanding the customer base through new business opportunities in a fast-paced setting. Pay

Compensation: $78,281 per year, including base salary and commission.
