District Managers participate directly in building and producing within their organization, and there is an opportunity to expand into multiple major markets, including a A+ BBB-rated Costa Mesa operation.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives for assigned territories
- Interview and evaluate field-sales candidates
- Train and coach new reps through field rides, live coaching, and ongoing support
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings to align on activity and performance
- Establish activity and production standards and manage toward measurable KPIs
- Improve individual performance while maintaining your own door-to-door selling proficiency
- Build team culture and accountability and develop future field leaders
- Increase completed installations and expand assigned territories
- Support rapid organizational growth
What you need
- At least 1 year of successful door-to-door sales experience
- Proven face-to-face communication and selling ability
- Experience working in a performance-based sales environment
- Strong field leadership skills
- Ability to coach and develop representatives

Compensation and earnings potential
Pay: $75,400.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
This is a performance-based 1099 role. Estimated production-based earnings are $99,000–$660,000+ annually based on completed installations and team performance.
