Arkwright Industrial LLC is expanding its business development efforts within the oil and gas sector. This full-time, onsite role in Odessa, Texas emphasizes lead generation, market research, and building lasting client relationships to advance growth through proposals and strategic initiatives. The position offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 per year, plus commission, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities to support Arkwright Industrial's growth initiatives
Identify and pursue leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present the company's capabilities and services to potential clients
Prepare proposals and assist with pricing and contract negotiations
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM and reporting tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project handoff and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitive activity and industry developments
Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the oil & gas or energy sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data for strategic planning
Effective verbal and written communication for engaging clients and team members
Customer service skills to build and maintain enduring client relationships
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Prior experience in industrial construction, fabrication, or a related field is a strong plus
