Job Description

SpotOn Roofing and Exterior is seeking a hands-on Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader to lead in the field, actively sell alongside your team, and support consistent performance. This hybrid role in Newark, OH pairs a base salary with commission tied to personal deals and team production, plus additional perks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead from the front by knocking doors, generating your own deals, and modeling the daily habits you expect from your reps.
Develop your team through coaching on homeowner conversations, objection handling, follow-up, and maintaining consistent daily effort.
Own team performance by setting clear expectations, tracking activity and results, and addressing issues directly instead of allowing underperformance to continue.
Protect the customer experience by ensuring homeowners receive honest information, clear communication, and realistic expectations.

Requirements

Door-to-door sales experience, including understanding what it takes to stay consistent when the day becomes challenging.
Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining a constructive, respectful approach.
Competitive mindset, coachability, and willingness to work alongside your team in the field.
Genuine enjoyment in helping other people succeed, not solely focusing on personal outcomes.
Comfort supporting newer reps by helping them build confidence, demonstrating how to handle objections, and encouraging the team to finish each day strong.
