Job Description
New England Personnel, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Assisted Living to join onsite in Philadelphia, PA. This leadership role oversees 10 communities with a base pay up to $170,000 and total compensation up to $225,000, including a bonus. This is an in-person position requiring travel to support multiple communities and lead a regional sales team of experienced sales and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to sales and marketing professionals across 10 communities, aligning strategies and driving performance
- Bring 3+ years of multi-community experience with a proven record of training, motivating, and maximizing sales team outcomes
- Train, mentor, critique, and maintain ongoing responsibility for an assisted living sales team to qualify leads and close opportunities
- Demonstrate regional experience by managing a team across multiple assisted living communities for at least 3 years
- Drive census growth in newer communities and elevate underperforming or challenging communities to meet targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across multiple communities in a sales leadership role
- Assisted living sales experience is a strong plus; regional/multi-community experience is essential for at least 2 years
- 2 years of assisted living sales and marketing experience is required
