Join the National Football League in New York City as a Manager in Strategy, Data & Analytics for Club Business Development. This onsite role centers on turning club benchmarking into tangible revenue strategies across ticketing, premium seating, sponsorship and local media, while building data driven models for League tentpole events. Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of club benchmarking reports for ticketing, premium seating and local sponsorship and media, ensuring accuracy, clarity and actionable insights
- Design and maintain ticket revenue models to inform League event strategy for events such as the Super Bowl, international games and Pro Bowl Games, including demand forecasting and pricing optimization
- Develop and refine Excel based tools and data collection frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency across Club BD workflows
- Analyze club and League data across ticket sales, pricing, premium, and sponsorship to identify trends, gaps and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the Club Consulting team to translate analysis into practical recommendations that enhance local performance
- Support pricing and sales strategy workstreams for tentpole events through thorough quantitative analysis
- Streamline reporting processes and models to reduce manual work, protect data integrity and accelerate turnaround times
- Contribute to materials for club workshops, League meetings and market engagements
- Partner with internal teams such as Club Finance, Marketing and Data & Analytics to align inputs, assumptions and outputs
- Build and maintain well organized datasets and models that serve as a reliable source of truth for the broader team
- Support ad hoc Club BD projects including League tentpole event execution as needed
Requirements
Technical
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex financial modeling and scalable tooling
- Strong PowerPoint proficiency for executive level communication
- Curiosity about how AI tools like Microsoft Copilot can drive efficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Analytics & Modeling
- Solid foundation in financial analysis, revenue modeling and forecasting
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy of assumptions and outputs

Compensation and Schedule
Salary range is $90,000 to $125,000 USD per year. This role requires 40 hours per week and onsite work at an NFL office or stadium location in New York, NY. Remote and hybrid options are not available. No relocation assistance is provided.
