Senior Manager, Wealth Business Development
Job Description
Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a Senior Manager, Wealth Business Development to support the growth and distribution of Alternative Investments to the US Wealth channel. In this hybrid role in New York, you will help secure platform approvals, maintain accurate CRM data, and support capital-raising for private-market funds through research, outreach to Enterprise RIAs, and client-facing materials and events.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will support platform approvals and ensure CRM data remains accurate to help deliver seamless client service while advancing capital-raising efforts for private-market funds.
You will also drive business development by researching the US Wealth channel, coordinating outreach to Enterprise RIAs, and preparing high-impact presentations, webinars, and events that highlight Real Assets, Green Investments, and Credit capabilities.
Across the role, you will combine advanced data analysis, proactive relationship management, and strong communication to accelerate new opportunities and work toward ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support platform approvals, maintain accurate CRM data, and help deliver seamless client service in support of capital-raising for private-market funds.
- Research the US Wealth channel, coordinate outreach to Enterprise RIAs, and prepare presentations, webinars, and events showcasing Real Assets, Green Investments, and Credit.
- Use data analysis and relationship-focused engagement to accelerate new opportunities and help achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of success driving product approvals and asset growth in the US Wealth channel, with Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns with Enterprise RIAs, own meeting pipelines, and tailor strategies to deepen partnerships and convert prospects.
- Advanced research and analytical skills using tools such as Discovery, Dakota, Excel, and other productivity platforms to surface, prioritize, and act on opportunities.
- Deep or rapidly attainable product knowledge in Alternatives, including Real Assets, Green Investments, and Private Credit, with the ability to develop compelling materials and present at client meetings, webinars, and conferences.

Salary Range
USD 162,000 - 258,000 per year.
- Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
- You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
