  • Lead the transition of assigned RIA firms from current territory coverage, partnering with territory teams to ensure continuity.
  • Build relationships with independent RIA owners, executives, investment leaders, and advisors through regular in-person meetings across the Territory.
  • Lead opportunities from discovery and proposal through close and transition to implementation.
  • Coordinate across Relationship Management, Investments, Trading, Operations, Service, and Marketing.
  • Maintain disciplined territory plans, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM activity.

Success Metrics

  • Retention: Territory redemption rate at or better than the Territory’s budgeted rate.
  • High Net Worth growth: HNW Solutions inflows at or above the Territory HNW budget.
  • New firms: number of new independent and hybrid RIA firms adopting Wealth Solutions and the assets they bring.
  • New Producing Advisors: number of NPAs signed within served RIA firms and their transition inflows against the Territory NPA goal.
  • Share of wallet: growth in Orion’s share of assets at existing RIA firms in the Territory.
  • Transition success: firms and assets retained through handoff from current territory coverage.
  • Technology-to-Wealth conversion: percentage of Orion technology clients in the Territory adopting Wealth Solutions.
  • Multi-solution adoption: number of firms using two or more Wealth Solutions.
  • Pipeline health: qualified pipeline coverage and conversion against the Territory goal.
