Job Description
Senior Business Development Manager role at Wise, focused on enterprise adoption of embedded solutions across North America.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure high-value enterprise accounts across North America using your network and identifying high-impact use cases.
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solution discovery, technical discovery, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Grow Wise Platform’s presence in Fintech by researching market trends, targeting key decision-makers, and building tailored value propositions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Strategy to negotiate complex commercial contracts and support seamless client onboarding.
- Build and maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting against targets.
- Contribute best practices to scale the US enterprise sales strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts.
- 2+ years in a closing capacity selling one or more of: API infrastructure, enterprise fintech, embedded finance, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue quotas, targets, and sales KPIs.
- Ability and willingness to travel across North America for executive presentations, partner meetings, and industry conferences.
- Established network of key payment and finance decision-makers across fintech and brokerage sectors.
- Demonstrated success selling API-first solutions, with technical depth to guide integration discussions with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Consultative selling, negotiation, and executive alignment experience, including tailoring value propositions to client pain points.
Job Focus
- Drive enterprise adoption of Wise Platform embedded solutions with targeted emphasis on the Fintech/Broker vertical and related enterprise marketplaces.
- Target relevant segments such as: Online investment platforms, BaaS providers, Neo Banks, and remittance providers.
- Leverage payments experience and industry network to manage complex deal cycles and deliver high-value partnership agreements.
- Achieve volume and revenue targets; performance commission and equity have upside tied to results.

Compensation: USD 175,000 - 245,000 per year
