Job Description

SSC is looking for driven Xfinity Sales Managers and Team Leads to build, train, and oversee a commission-based sales team focused on Xfinity products and services. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position in Tuscaloosa, AL (onsite), with compensation tied to individual deal performance, as well as team outcomes and lead flow management.

Role Overview

As the team lead, you will recruit and develop sales representatives, manage company-provided leads, and guide daily execution to improve closing performance. The role combines people leadership with hands-on coaching, with earnings based on both individual results and how the team performs as a unit.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of high-performing commission-based sales representatives.
Distribute and manage company-provided leads to maximize team closing ratios.
Run regular training sessions, role-play objection handling scenarios, and provide real-time coaching to help reps close Xfinity packages.
Set daily and weekly sales targets, maintain accountability, and support a competitive, high-energy sales culture.
Ensure team members follow ethical sales practices and provide an excellent customer experience.

Compensation and Job Type

This contract role offers USD 65 - 75 per hourly. As a 1099 contractor, earnings depend on individual deals closed plus team performance and lead flow management.

Requirements

Prior experience as a sales manager, team lead, or agency owner, preferably within telecommunications, B2C and D2D sales, or another fast-paced commission setting.
Strong self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a 100% commission-based, 1099 environment.
Ability to teach consultative sales techniques and closing strategies.
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to handling the campaign (and the same must be true for all prospective team members).
