Job Description

Granite Empire of Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for its cabinets and countertops division who will lead a team while closing deals personally. This role blends active daily selling with coaching responsibilities, requiring hands-on involvement rather than a traditional desk job. The position is onsite in West Chester, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Close your own deals in the showroom and from inbound leads
Manage and track all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
Lead daily sales meetings and hold the team accountable
Train new hires and develop current sales reps
Hire and replace underperforming staff
Assist sales reps in closing deals on the spot
Handle escalated customer situations and complaints
Maintain control over follow-ups, pipeline, and sales metrics

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
Background in high-ticket sales, such as home improvement or construction
Strong closer who contributes beyond management duties
Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
Ability to train, enforce structure, and hold people accountable
Comfort with hiring and firing decisions
High ownership mentality
