Job Description
Granite Empire of Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for its cabinets and countertops division who will lead a team while closing deals personally. This role blends active daily selling with coaching responsibilities, requiring hands-on involvement rather than a traditional desk job. The position is onsite in West Chester, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Close your own deals in the showroom and from inbound leads
- Manage and track all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
- Lead daily sales meetings and hold the team accountable
- Train new hires and develop current sales reps
- Hire and replace underperforming staff
- Assist sales reps in closing deals on the spot
- Handle escalated customer situations and complaints
- Maintain control over follow-ups, pipeline, and sales metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
- Background in high-ticket sales, such as home improvement or construction
- Strong closer who contributes beyond management duties
- Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Ability to train, enforce structure, and hold people accountable
- Comfort with hiring and firing decisions

Pay
Total annual compensation: $80,000 - $95,000. Base salary: $65,000 plus commission.
