Job Description

Granite Empire of Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for its cabinets and countertops division who will lead a team while closing deals personally. This role blends active daily selling with coaching responsibilities, requiring hands-on involvement rather than a traditional desk job. The position is onsite in West Chester, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Close your own deals in the showroom and from inbound leads
  • Manage and track all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
  • Lead daily sales meetings and hold the team accountable
  • Train new hires and develop current sales reps
  • Hire and replace underperforming staff
  • Assist sales reps in closing deals on the spot
  • Handle escalated customer situations and complaints
  • Maintain control over follow-ups, pipeline, and sales metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
  • Background in high-ticket sales, such as home improvement or construction
  • Strong closer who contributes beyond management duties
  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Ability to train, enforce structure, and hold people accountable
  • Comfort with hiring and firing decisions
  • High ownership mentality
