Role overview
We are seeking a highly capable Business Development Coordinator to support sales growth through the development of professional materials, presentations, and structured sales-support workflows. The role centralizes the translation of business concepts, data, and initiatives into clear outputs that facilitate customer and sales engagement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational ability, writing skill, and advanced PowerPoint proficiency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests, timelines, and deliverables. There is a clear path toward a Business Development Manager position as responsibilities and process leadership expand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility assessments, business reviews, and customer-facing presentations
- Produce polished materials for sales, new business development, and training
- Create written content such as newsletters and resources supporting the sales process
- Assist campaigns driven by inquiries and communications for business development
- Act as the central intake point for sales-related requests and deliverables
- Track timelines, prioritize tasks, and oversee execution of outputs
- Gather inputs from marketing and convert them into usable sales tools
- Maintain organized brand libraries, assets, and documentation
- Enforce established standards, consistency, and processes
- Support CRM data accuracy, tracking of inbound leads, and related reporting
Requirements
