Job Description

The Metro Area Sales Manager for the Southeast Business Center is a revenue-focused role acting as a liaison between Stellantis and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships in the Cape Coral Metro territory.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between dealers and Stellantis to support retail development across key areas
Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line
Ensure dealer orders align with market demand
Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability across the area
Review Minimum Sales Responsibility (MSR) and advise on improvement opportunities
Review and analyze dealer financial statements
Consult dealers on opportunities to improve retail operations
Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives match the corporate message and branding guidelines
Confirm sales strategies align with growth opportunities for the dealership
Ensure appropriate sales satisfaction levels are present at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals

Location

Florida, US (onsite)

Serves as the dealership-to-Stellantis point of contact for forecasting, scheduling, retail operations alignment, and marketing initiative consistency within the Cape Coral Metro territory.
